Please do not send health, dietary, accessibility, religious or other sensitive personal information through a general contact form. If information of that kind is needed to assist with a stay, we will explain the applicable purpose and obtain any consent required by law.

How booking and service providers may be involved

We use carefully selected service providers to operate our website and reservations. Depending on the services you use, these may include website hosting and security providers, the Guesty booking platform, payment service providers, communication tools, concierge or service partners, and professional advisers.

Before publication, Casa Akubali must confirm the final list of providers, their roles, the data involved and whether any disclosure is a transfer requiring consent under applicable law.
